Yasmin Shah joined GMA in Fall 2005. She is the foundation assistant for the Herman and Frieda L. Miller, Anna B. Stearns, Foley Hoag, and Charles Hayden Foundations. She also works with the Aaron Foundation, the Sidney & Esther Rabb Charitable Foundation, and the Sidney R. Rabb Charitable Trust.

Yasmin came to New England in 1997 from Yuma, Arizona, and graduated with a double major in English and psychology from Brown University in 2001. She has worked extensively in Rhode Island nonprofits during and after her years of undergraduate study, and has been an active volunteer in RI and MA since 1997.
