Directions

We are at 77 SUMMER STREET, 8TH FL, BOSTON MA 02110-1006 at the corner of Summer and Kingston Streets, one block south of Macy's.

MBTA Subway

Get off at the Downtown Crossing stop on the Red or Orange line. We are one or two blocks down on Summer Street (depending on the exit you take). Or get off at Park Street on the Green line and walk 3 blocks down Winter to Summer (street name changes when you cross Washington Street).  We are on the right.

From the North

Take 93 South to Exit 22, the South Station exit. After coming out of the tunnel, take an immediate left following the sign to South Station. At the first light take a left and go to the end of the street and take another left onto Atlantic Avenue. At the first light take a left onto Summer Street.  Go to the third set of lights and take a right onto Devonshire Street (to find parking, rather than going to our building, which would be on the left corner of the fourth set of lights).

A.  In the first block on the right is a garage. Walk back out of the lot, walk across Winthrop Square right in front of you and take a left onto Otis Street. Go to the first traffic light, cross Summer Street and our building is directly in front of you. This lot is often full and people wait in line because it is very inexpensive by Boston standards.  If full, go to Plan B below.

Or:

B.  If the lot above is full, turn left in front of Winthrop Square where there is a large statue of Robert Burns with a dog at his side, onto Otis Street.  Go through the first set of lights, passing our building on the right and proceed to the first intersection.  Take a right onto Bedford Street.  At the end of Bedford is the Lafayette Place Parking Garage in front of you. From there walk out of the lot, turn left on Chauncy Street, turn right at the next light onto Summer, and we are almost at the end of the first block on the right.

From the South

Take 93 North to exit 20, the South Station exit. Bear left and go through 2-3 lights following signs to downtown, staying to the right.  Go up a ramp towards downtown and then down the ramp to a set of lights.  Take a left at the light onto Kneeland Street, then take a left onto Lincoln Street.  Go as far as you can, then turn left onto Summer Street, then take an immediate right onto Devonshire Street.  Follow instructions from A above.

From the Mass Pike

Go to the end of the pike and follow signs to downtown-South Station. At the light go straight, crossing Kneeland Street onto Lincoln Street. Go as far as you can, then turn left onto Summer Street, then take an immediate right onto Devonshire Street. Follow instructions from A above.

From Storrow Drive West

Take the Arlington Street exit. Take your first left onto Beacon Street, take a right onto Arlington Street. Take first left onto Boylston Street. Boston Public Garden is on your left. After turning onto Boylston be sure to be in the two right lanes. Once you cross Washington Street the street name changes to Essex. Take a left onto Chauncy Street. Go through the first light, on your left is the Lafayette Parking Garage. Or take your next right onto Bedford Street and there is a parking lot at the end of the first block.

From Logan Airport

Take a cab. Otherwise take the free shuttle buses to the Airport subway station outside of the baggage claim areas. Take the Blue Line inbound to the State Street stop. Transfer to the Orange Line headed toward Forest Hills and get off at the next stop, which is Downtown Crossing. Exit the Station and walk 2 blocks east down Summer Street to GMA.
